“复杂装备灰色系统分析”特刊Special Issue征文通知
复杂装备是军事装备领域的重要研究对象，复杂装备以其网络化、体系化、智能化发展趋势，表现出系统交联复杂、状态变化频繁、使用强度大、能力涌现性强等系统复杂性和不确定性，对装备全寿命管理领域、尤其是装备系统工程学科带来深刻变革。灰色系统理论作为科学之林的一门新兴学科，通过挖掘“部分”已知信息而提取有价值的信息，实现对系统运行行为、演化规律的正确描述和有效监控，在军事装备研究领域展现了强大的生命力。为了推动和展示将灰色系统理论应用于复杂装备领域的研究进展，交流总结近年来复杂装备灰色系统工程领域的最新成果，经主编会议批准，英国Emerald出版集团主办的灰色系统理论专业期刊《Grey Systems: Theory and Application》（目前为ESCI检索）将于2019年预留1期的版面用于出版“复杂装备灰色系统分析”特刊Special Issue，欢迎专家学者踊跃投稿。

二、投稿要求
1.专刊只接受英文投稿，提交论文必须是有自主知识产权的最新研究成果。
2.投稿文章未在正式出版物上发表过，也不在其他刊物或会议的审稿过程中，不存在一稿多投现象；保证投稿文章的合法性（无抄袭、剽窃、侵权等不良行为）。
3.稿件格式：参照《Grey Systems: Theory and Application》网站已发表的论文格式。
4.需提供论文联系人的联系方式，包括联系人手机和电子邮箱。
5.论文投稿截止日期为：2018年9月10日。
三、稿件处理流程
1.投稿：两种方式，一是直接发至邮箱kehongfa2004@163.com；二是登陆期刊《Grey Systems: Theory and Application》在线投审稿系统进行投稿。注意：投稿时请在主题中注明专刊名称“复杂装备灰色系统分析”。
2.初审：按照上述论文总体要求和论文学术水平，《Grey Systems: Theory and Application》特刊主编将负责特刊论文的初审工作。
3.同行专家评审：对通过初审的所有论文，《Grey Systems: Theory and Application》特刊主编将按照同行专家评审程序，于2018年9月上旬组织有关专家进行审稿，通过审稿程序的论文将由《Grey Systems: Theory and Application》正式出版。
4.费用：本次征稿不收取任何审稿费和版面费。
5.预计出版时间：2019年3月中旬

Call for Papers Special Issue
on Complex Equipment Development with Poor Data
In Grey Systems Theory and Application(ESCI)
SCOPE
Modern products are increasingly relying on sophisticated design and manufacture process. People give rise to the concern about the complex equipment development(CED). This is an emerging field that crosses multiple disciplines including system science, automotive, information technology, mechanical engineering, management science and engineering, etc. The research on this field will promote the rapid development of complex equipment.
This special issue aims to foster the dissemination of high quality research in complex equipment development management and its operations & maintenance. Original research articles are solicited in collaborative innovation, cost estimation and control, schedule management, quality and reliability management, risk management based on poor data.
The topics of this special issue include, but are not limited to
1. Theory basis on grey system analysis of complex equipment development
2. Framework of grey system analysis of CED
3. Collecting, description and processing of grey data
4. Collaborative innovation of CED
5. Cost estimation and control of CED
6. Schedule management of CED
7. Quality and reliability management of CED
8. Risk management of CED
9. Forecasting and decision-making methods of CED
10. Uncertainty analysis and modeling for CED system
